Welcome to ReelJobs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelJobs mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelJobs, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you become a registered user. These Terms apply to all users, including job seekers, employers, and visitors.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use ReelJobs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Types

ReelJobs offers different account types:

• Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
• Employer Accounts: For individuals or businesses looking to hire

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. User Content

Your Content

ReelJobs allows you to create, upload, and share content, including videos, photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content on ReelJobs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Contains spam, malware, or viruses
• Impersonates another person or entity

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of any User Content posted by users.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Post discriminatory job listings or employment practices
• Engage in any fraudulent hiring or job-seeking activities
• Solicit users for purposes unrelated to legitimate employment

6. Job Listings and Applications

Employer Responsibilities

If you post job listings, you represent and warrant that:

• All job postings are for legitimate employment opportunities
• Job descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• You comply with all applicable employment and labor laws
• You will not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• You have authority to hire on behalf of the employer

Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide truthful information in profiles and applications
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions

No Employment Relationship

ReelJobs is a platform that connects employers and job seekers. We are not a party to any employment relationship, contract, or agreement formed through the Service. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or job seekers.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of ReelJobs may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or premium features:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

ReelJobs and its content (excluding User Content), including trademarks, logos, software, and design, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the conduct or content of users
• Warranties regarding employment outcomes or job opportunities

We do not guarantee that:

• You will find employment through the Service
• You will find suitable candidates through the Service
• Job listings are accurate or legitimate
• User profiles are truthful or accurate

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for:

• User Content or conduct of users
• Employment decisions made by employers
• Disputes between users
• Lost opportunities or employment
• Unauthorized access to your account or personal information
• Interruptions or errors in the Service
• Acts of third parties

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelJobs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any laws or regulations

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelJobs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Change or remove features or functionality
• Impose limits on certain features
• Update or change these Terms

We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReelJobs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

21. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
